Bad Channels is one Nick Grottick form Toronto, Canada. An artist making the most slick internet gold I've heard in a while, chill but edgy post-trance vibes, stalking the fine line between 90s-esque new-age chillout and URL trance totally now post-irony sounds. Brilliant. He's remixed Kitty Pryde, Grimes and Triple Gangers and keeps a real consistency through all of them, its great stuff. His album entitled "Internet Gold" is available from Bandcamp for "Name your price" so go get it, it slays.
I've drunk a lot of coffee this morning and maybe I'm a bit spaced right now but this new track by the usually quite abrasive Spf5Ø is just the most dreamy glo-fi trance shit ever, its just the most celestial orbiting drifty happy ambience. Saw toothed post trance sounding but meaty with it, strains of Salem filtered through sexualised seapunk vibes back into filthy dirt synths and slow ravey groin grinding times, imagine slo-mo strippers riding seedy unwashed poles in strip bars in the ass end of nowhere with euro dance djs dripping grease and coke sweat into the decks, eternal trashy night that ends in crystal meth and selling your kidney to a rich Russian businessman who smells of cigars and tar, forever and ever and avatar, amen/ramen.

This is good, not sure about anything more than its a Bandcamp page but the artist is called Blown and it's mainly instrumental hip hop with a real electronic dance angle. A real mix of sounds, orchestral, post trancey, industrial and Witchian, all well worth the $3 to download it.
This is just so good, I could through a whole load of meme like genres at you, with words like post, step, seapunk, URL, trance etc.. but it doesnt need it Blank Banshee's sound speaks for itself just listen, it's TOO good.
Hailing from London this is yet another recent UK find that gives super-future US sounds a real run for their money.

Snow Wolf is one Miles Mackenzie from Phoenix, Snow Wolf used to make 8-bit dance music under another name but now has re-invented and updated a bit taking influences from other updated 8-biters like Unicorn Kid and Crystal Castles to make a seapunk, 8bit, slime punk digital trash sound.
Snow Wolfs first album called Phantomsea was out in April this year (download for free here) Its an epic 8-bit seapunk rave up with shouty female vocals.
The second album is out on the 17th September and sounds way more tropical drum'nbass and trance filled. Stand out track being the title track Dreams Of Paradise. Pre-order at Bandcamp for $0.50 now.
Finally Boys have released an EP/Album called "Feelings" - out now on Amdiscs, download it for free here. Expect post trance, spaced out ambient gospel, post rave jewel dropping beauty and long frenetic nostalgia tinged beats and synths, almost Chillwave but not quite. Brilliant!

Ritulaz - Hyermotion X. Out on Mishka. This came out ages ago (May) but I think I never got round to blogging it. It's epic as all hell and so well produced, what you can expect from Ritualz really. This EP unlike the others is more sci-fi in mood, if that's a thing. Download it for free here.
I first blogged about GLASS TEETH back in June 2010, they were great then and they've only got better in the proceeding two years! With an album out via Phantasma Disques and an EP out via Black Bvs Records GLASS TEETH has been pretty prolific. I've previously described this band as "...a Witchian answer to the Dipset Trance Party sound, hip hop via trance created by black clad children in the attic." I stand by that statement. UK post-trance ambient ambien moods from Ana Caprix, someone making 2013 music. This is URL genre post meme magic, slow House tracks, pastel goth RnB with smooth helium vocals and 3D orbs. Low slow chilled energy. Blinding. I'm not sure what else to say other than this is brilliant and you should so go and download the free tracks from the Soundcloud page. Genius.
8 bit slime-punk post trance sounds from Snow Wolf and an album called Phantomsea. This is straight up positive vibes and slow dirge 8 bit anthems all Unicorn Kid/Crystal Castles style. What's really nice with this artist is the 8 bit bleeps are kept to a minimum and the vocals are really up there all mournful and low, the general pace is also really dirgy, all slow and drifting, slow build trance breaks that rise and scatter. Its great and the album is up on Bandcamp for "pay what you want"
Future grooves, seapunk wave-rave styles; We Have The Technology make uber awesome 1990-esque future rave, post-trance along the lines of Picturplane, Ultrademon, Adeptus Coral Records etc. This is damn good. There are a couple of free downloads to grab from the Soundcloud page but nothing else as of yet. Expect good things.
Ritualz graduated from Witch House sounds ages ago and now his own particular brand of new-age goth post-trance is really coming into its own. Finally got round to listening to the new Ritualz EP hypermotion X out on the Mishka record label. It's a cyberpunk ambient post Witchian epic all sprawling soundtrack sounds and dirging noise. This could soundtrack Prometheus very well. Perhaps much like Daft Punk, Ritualz will go down the film route...

The artist is called Xyloid and is an 18 year old producer from San Antonio, Texas.
