Despite the picture Doom and Gloom are not a spaced out chillwave dream pop band, rather this boy/girl duo create a jerky pop based repertoire of songs that have a sonic history in Of Montreal and Arial Pink. Great song structures, harmonies, backing vocals layered over keyboard ditties and an emotional grandiose sprawl of sound.
Their demos are all available from their Bandcamp page and have that "not quite finished" demo quality but are still amazing.. expect bigger things and enjoy what you have here for free!
